A Brief Introduction of Principal Li Yongsheng
Principal Li Yongsheng, a Chinese Communist Party member, was born in August, 1960. He graduated from the Chinese College in Shanxi Normal University.
From the September in 1982 to the August in 1999, Mr. Li taught Chinese in Shanxi Experimental Middle School. In 1996, he was promoted to the Vice Principal of the school. In 1999, Mr. Li was transferred to the Vice Principal of Futian Middle School in Shenzhen. In the June of 2002, Mr. Li was transferred to the Principal of Gangxia Middle School in Futian District. In the August of 2004, Principal Li was transferred to the Principal of Nanhua Middle School and the Party Branch Secretary at the same time. In the July of 2013, Mr. Li started to assume office as the Principal of Shenzhen Shixia School.
Principal Li is a man of great capability. In 1995, Mr. Li obtained the credential of Senior Chinese Teacher in secondary school. In his term of office in Shanxi Experimental Middle School as the Vice Principal, he was in charge of teaching and studying. During that period, Shanxi Middle School made considerable headway in both National College Entrance Examination and High School Entrance Examination. Besides, the top students in High School Entrance Examination come from Shanxi Experimental Middle School. In National College Entrance Examination, not only the top student for liberal department, but also the top one for science department in college comes from the school. Mr. Li enjoyed high status and good reputation in the study of Chinese and Chinese education. Mr. Li once worked as a member of Chinese Evaluation Committee of Professional Titles in high school, an executive member of the Council of Theory Research of Young and Middle-aged Workers. In the September of 2003, Mr. Li was elected as a member of Evaluation Committee of Professional Titles in Shenzhen high schools.
Having been engaged in education and school management for more than 30 years, Mr. Li has formed his own theory of modern school management. He is quite experienced and has great ability in education and school management. So far, Mr. Li has published a dozen of essays, mini-novels and poems. He has issued five essays and published two professional books. He undertook the compilation of the workbooks of Chinese textbook of Shangxi Education for many times. In this series of books, Mr. Li has written over 200,000 words. His literary works “Flowers in May” and “Calling the childhood” were published in “Taiyuan Daily”, “Shangxi Literature” and other famous magazines. His thesis “Resonance and advance together” was published in the fourth edition of the magazine “Teaching and Management” in 1990. Another thesis “Chinese Teaching and Qualification Education” was published in “Taiyuan Daily” on November 26th, 1998. Mr. Li has obtained many honors. They are “Pace Setter” in “the New Long March” in the city of Taiyuan, the Recognition Award in the National Putonghua Competition, Advanced Individual in Shanxi Education, the “Gold Key Award” in Shanxi Chinese Teacher Competition, Advanced Individual in Futian District in 2003, the honor of “Friend of the Youth” in Futian Educational System from 2004-2007 continuously, Model Volunteer of Futain District in Shenzhen Universiade in 2011, Advanced Individual in “UU Five-Color Flowers” Activity, Outstanding Volunteer, the honor of “Outstanding Workmate” in 2006 and 2012.
